During this weekend, I had some hours time to build the SixPack for the 1st officer side.
All parts where glued together and got soldered.
During the next weeks it will be build into the MIP.

Today we have started with the shell around. You can clearly see the future door to the flightdeck.
The next goal is to place the overhead onto the shell that I can start testing the systems again and repair the defects.
Also we had to extend the ground floor, because I made a slight mistake when building the shell floor…
Last week we have installed the projector. Next step is to start building the shell around it.
I know, the picture I posted below is not from Flight Simulator. But for testing the projector GTA V is also ok đŸ˜‰
Yesterday my brother helped me again (thanks a lot) to transport the MIP to it’s final position and rebuilt it once more.
We created also a timelapse video.
In the next weeks I want to install the hardware again and setup the computer network for my cockpit.
The last weekend I continued with the shell floor.
Here 2 pictures of the current state.
Today I have started working on the cockpit shell. In the next week I want to finish the frame stand, so that we can place the MIP and the Throttle to this frame when we move to our new home with end of August.
In the meantime a lot has happened in the house. All the network and power plugs are built in and tested.
Here is a picture from the cockpit room. Not fully finished, but you can see what it will be used for in the future đŸ™‚
Today we have built the wall between the two rooms. All required mountings where installed into the wall for Ethernet, Power, etc.
The next step is done. All the required network cables are now located were they will be needed later.
In the same room as the cockpit, also the network switches for the whole house will be located in a small 19″ wall mounted rack.
During the next weekend we will finish up all cables for power and light. Hopefully the floor can be build than fast to continue with the rest.
Once the room is finished a wall will be created so that all the power and network outlets can be mounted into it.
